Intermediate (Standard) 1st Aid and CPR/AED Courses
This comprehensive first aid course and includes CPR level 'C', and AED training, and is designed for people who need certification due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.

Basic (Emergency) 1st Aid and CPR/AED Courses
This basic one-day course offers an overview of first aid, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), and AED (Automated External De-fibrillation) skills for the workplace or home. This course is offered in conjunction with the Standard 1st Aid course. People who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home should attend this course. There are no prerequisites to attend this course.

Remote & Wilderness 1st Aid Courses
Wilderness and remote environments require specialized skills, equipment and training. Whether you are an outdoor recreation enthusiast, live or work in a wilderness or remote setting, or work as a professional rescuer. Blended Learning 1st Aid and CPR/AED Courses
Comprehensive online learning then 1-day in-person course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. The course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

CPR/AED Courses
These courses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies depending on the level of CPR chosen.
